Believe me when I say that I'm not complaining, but is anyone else concerned that we're seeing multiple days of +5oC or more temperatures?

Things to look forward to in February:
- Quinzee camping with Girl Guides, if the spring-like weather will allow it.
- Family day adventures
- Thinking Day campfire singing at the mall (Feb 18)
- Remembering the good times with Aunt Rosemary and Nanny Vivian
- Febfest and the polar plunge, if the spring-like weather will allow it.

February 01, 2016 - Pink Shirt Day T-shirts, seen here on Monday February 1, 2016, are now on sale for $10 each through the Boys and Girls Club of Kingston and Area, as well as by the students in the Child and Youth Care program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, Ont., as part of the national anti-bullying program.

February 07, 2016 - Bennett Huber, left, and Bruce Hornbook, of the Royal Military College Paladins men's hockey team, were among the 78 participants who took the plunge into the 2oC water off the docks at Confederation Basin Marina in Kingston, Ont. on Sunday February 7, 2016. The 2016 Kingston Polar Plunge for Special Olympics was able to raise over $37,000 during the fifth annual event that takes place during Kingston's FebFest.

February 12, 2016 - St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Catholic School becomes only the second school in the Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board to have its own flag, revealed and raised outside the Kingston, Ont. school on Friday February 12, 2016. The design, by Grade 8 student Tyeson Hunt, was chosen from hundreds submitted by the students as a way to represent their school.
*EXTRA* February 12, 2016 - Traffic moves slowly along Highway 401 east of Joyceville Road in the westbound lanes on Friday night following an accident involving four vehicles and a tractor-trailer. Ontario Provincial Police blamed whiteout conditions on the accident. No one was seriously injured and the lanes were reopened by 7 p.m.

He completed a hat trick by the second period before a hometown Family Day crowd of 4,585.

February 28, 2016 - The 3,935 fans in attendance cheer as it's announced that the Kingston Frontenacs have secured the 2016 East Division championship, winning the pennant for only the second time in franchise history. The first time was in 1995. The final score saw the hometown Fronts beat the Sudbury Wolves 5-1.
