July 31, 2014 - Volunteer colony caretakers with Spay Neuter Kingston Initiative (SNKI) help take care of more than 25 feral cat colonies in the Kingston Area. Through the SNKI's Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate and Return program they have been able to neuter more than 450 cats since 2009 |
